Who Should Apply?
You’d be a great fit if you:
Have 4-6+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Have a genuine passion for working with women of color in the influencer and creative space.
Are highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects seamlessly.
Understand the importance of diversity, inclusion, and equity in the influencer industry.
Have a strong track record of negotiating brand partnerships and driving impactful collaborations.
Bonus Points If:
You have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong brand relationships that lead to long-term business growth.
You are well-versed in trend forecasting, contract negotiation, and brand strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a roster of talent—primarily women of color—ensuring their success, growth, and alignment with strategic brand opportunities.
Develop and execute pitch strategies that align with both talent and brand objectives.
Identify real-time opportunities for talent based on cultural trends, industry shifts, and brand needs.
Monitor client goals and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to track growth and success.
Act as a liaison between talent and brands, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Oversee contract negotiations and campaign execution to protect the best interests of talent.
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development and collaboration.
